NORTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® FOUNDATION, INC.

Mission Statement

The North San Luis Obispo County Association of REALTORS® Foundation, through conducting fundraising activities and programs, will seek to make scholarship grants to deserving high school, college and vocational students of North San Luis Obispo County as well as to provide financial contributions to other North San Luis Obispo County charitable organizations.   

The mission of the Foundation is to organize and administer those fundraising events, from which net proceeds will be placed into the North San Luis Obispo County Association of REALTORS® Foundation account.  The Foundation will delegate organizational efforts and work assignments to the members of the North San Luis Obispo County Association of REALTORS®, and the Foundation will receive and administer the funds raised.  Funds will be dispersed from the Foundation account according to the guidelines and selection criteria established by the Foundation Board of Directors. The funds will be exclusively for charitable purposes, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
