What You Can Expect:
The MLS Marketing Meeting will begin at 8:30AM: Co-hosted by Vice President Gerson Mendez and Administrative Executive, Diane Larsen.
Affiliate Members Introductions
Pitch/Promote Listings: Gerson will share his screen and go through each submitted listing and scroll through its photos. During this time, the presenting agent will have the opportunity to talk about the property.
North County Virtual Caravan: Once all of the listings have been shared, the meeting will adjourn and participants are able to access any available virtual tours via Matrix Virtual Caravan.
To include your listing(s):
For any listings you would like to pitch/promote: Email the MLS ID(s) to diane@northcountyaor.org before 5PM the Monday prior.
To add your Virtual Tour/Open House on the Virtual Caravan: Go to revise/modify your listing> Open House> Choose Date> time> attended by> Open House type "Virtual Broker" and add your Virtual Open House/Tour Link and submit.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no city/section limitations, all North SLO County areas may be included at this time.
