Code of Ethics Requirement DUE by 12/31!
NAR requires every REALTOR® to take an Ethics course within their scheduled three-year cycles. The current cycle is from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024. If you have taken a qualifying course or fulfilled coursework to renew your license within this time frame, you are set! Just make sure the association has a record of your certificate of completion. Any non-NAR/CAR courses are NOT automatically recorded.
